Capacity building program for IT staff from NGOs in India.
Application process for 2018 2nd batch is open!
The first #Tech4Good Fellowship program (aka TechRasam) was held in Bengaluru from April 12 - 15, 2018 !
Non Profits can use technology to simplify their day to day Operations like financial compliance, communications, donor management, reporting, project management, etc. Technology can help them build strong Data & MIS systems to manage beneficiaries, digital innovations to reach more people, GIS tools, fundraising, campaigning, etc. Though there are high quality, FREE, open source and discounted technologies available to them - they are unable to bridge this technology gap due to lack of internal capacity.
Bridging the Gap: IT staff working in NGOs are highly motivated but under-utilized with no capacity building and peer networking opportunities. Let's change that!
Our 3 month fellowship begins with a week in Bengaluru to meet with mentors, learn hard skills in latest technology and tools with master trainers, and network with like-minded #Tech4Good Fellows.
You will join a network of #Tech4Good change makers and connect with other professionals in the Tech4Good ecosystem.
We provide ongoing coaching and mentoring for 3 months from our core team as well as advisors from our mentoring partners, based on fellows needs, skills, and preferences.
We rely on generous support from our sponsors to cover all costs for the fellows including logistics costs of transport to Bengaluru, Boarding and Lodging, venue, hosting.
